Special pattern designed for use on aluminium material
BTTA carbide burrs made with a 90% tungsten carbide and 10% cobalt composition, making them part of the premium industrial tool class known as Grade K30 / ISO K30 micro-grain carbide (or a highly impact-resistant C2 / C5 subgrade variant). Adding 10% cobalt acts as an ultra-tough metallic binder. This provides high impact resistance (fracture toughness) compared to standard 6% cobalt formulations, allowing the burr to endure heavy shocks, high vibration, and heavy stock removal without chipping the teeth.
